An elegant Champagne sharing plates bar on the edge of the French Quarter – potato chips, creme fraîche & caviar anyone?

Crystal Hinds’ new Champagne bar was brought to life from a 1890’s cottage complete with a fountain entered courtyard on the edge of the Quarter – it’s design complete is so pretty it was featured in Architectural Digest and awarded New Orleans’ Eater Awards Bar of the Year.

Bubbly is the theme served alongside fruits de mer towers, caviar, and bar bites by Chef team Evan Ingram & Brenna Sanders (ex: August, Quince). After 10pm, the made to order madeleines are to die for.

As a natural wine drinker, the grower Champagnes are more interesting to me than the big house names – and I applaud them for offering customers a choice.



Insider Tip:

In pretty weather, go early, the outdoor courtyard will fill up fast.

Fruits de mer seafood towers / Caviar / Ceviche / Oysters and of course Champagne

Getting In:

Reservations are limited only to allow for numerous walk-ins.
