What to Order:

Create your own seafood tower from the selection of oysters, snails, shrimp, clams, etc.

Depending on the season, tapas & small plate choices could be: Utah beach oysters, Fish rillettes, Spicy crab fritters, Ceviche, Tuna Tartare, Sea urchin, Baked razor clams/toasted hazelnuts/herb butter, Scallops/brown butter/cauliflower puree, Octopus carpaccio/grapefruit pulp/anchovy, Smoked shrimp/roasted red pepper/white beans. The signature dessert is maple syrup tart with Chantilly cream.

Getting In:

Go early or go late, this is a no reservation, walk-in only bar.
Great for everyone from solo diners to groups.
