We (Paris food industry who work nights) have been waiting MONTHS for the beautiful new Le Saint Sebastien to FINALLY open Thursday & Friday lunch so we can go.
Rising star Chef Robert Mendoza (ex Anatole Mexico City, Catbird Seat Nashville, Willows Inn, Lummi Island) creates delicious 19/24€ lunch menus such as line-caught ceviche & watercress marinade, cream of asparagus, tender pan-seared merlu fish dressed with smoky white asparagus & hollandaise, braised pork shoulder & more.
The food is stunning but no snobby attitude here – the vibe is casual especially with Cuban music on the playlist.
In Bastien Fidelin’s cellar? A LOT of fun & juicy bottles of natural wine made with love by European small producers.
There is a FAB corner banquette by the kitchen for a big group of friends.
