The Clown Bar

Paris: The Clown Bar

Why the name? This historic property was once the canteen for clowns who worked the circus next door.

Chef Atsumi Sota recently turned the kitchen over to Axel Gallart (ex-Saturne/their sister resto), in order to open his own restaurant this summer BUT he is still very much a cherished part of the family … and most importantly, Axel’s execution of the menu is nothing short of extraordinary.

What to know before you reserve:

Although there are veal brains on the menu, it would be a shame to let that scare you away from a potentially great experience here. There are a LOT of other delicious things to choose from.
